Adapting the format of last year’s inaugural event on Ellicott Street, catered dinners will be available for pickup & delivery to be enjoyed at home as a COVID-19-conscious fundraiser for Buffalo hospitality house

On Saturday, Sept. 12, Kevin Guest House will host “Supper on My Street,” an event inspired by last year’s sold-out dinner featuring “Buffalo’s Longest Dinner Table” in the middle of Ellicott Street. Instead of gathering around a communal setting, this year guests can enjoy meals in their home environment.

“We are excited to be able to bring the event back this year in a new way,” said Lynsey Weaver, executive director of Kevin Guest House. “ ‘Supper on My Street’ is still rooted in community and offers the opportunity to come together in an important, meaningful way, despite not sitting at the same table together.”

The event will feature dinner prepared by Rich’s Catering & Special Events, dessert and paired wine, as well as table decor designed by Maureen’s Buffalo Wholesale Flower Market to be enjoyed with one’s party. Tickets must be purchased in advance by Monday, Sept. 7. Meals will be available for contact-less pickup between 1-3 p.m. Sept. 12 at Kevin Guest House (782 Ellicott St., Buffalo). VIP members and sponsors will also receive benefits such as charcuterie appetizers, premium cocktails, and delivery to their location.

There will still be opportunity to participate in favorite activities from last year such as pulling from the wine wall. Near-by vacation getaways, golf packages, home goods and more are available for bidding on the silent auction, which is open to the public. All proceeds will benefit Kevin Guest House and its mission to provide a comfortable and supportive home away from home for patients and their families traveling to Buffalo for medical care.

Ticket information, auction access and sponsorship package options for “Supper on My Street” are available at kevinguesthouse.com/events/supper. Platinum sponsors include National Fuel, M&T Bank, and Rich Products; with Berardi Immigration Law the gold sponsor.
