Kingdom Bound Ministries posted the following to its website:

Dear Kingdom Bound Family,

Over the past weeks and months we have watched as our world has been turned upside down by the continued presence of the COVID-19 Virus. With each passing week we’ve continued to reassess the situation as the impact of the virus on Kingdom Bound 2020 has become more and more likely.

Based on guidance received from state and local authorities, numerous conversations with the fantastic team at Six Flags Darien Lake, as well as hours of prayer and deliberation among our festival team, we are very sad to announce that Kingdom Bound 2020 has been postponed and has been rescheduled for July 25-28, 2021 at Six Flags Darien Lake.

As difficult as this is to share, and despite our making every possible effort to continue with the festival, it is the only available option that remains for us at this time. Whether you’ve been attending Kingdom Bound for the last 34 years or if this was to be your first time, we are all one united Kingdom Bound family, and together we will emerge from this time stronger than before.

As we look ahead to 2021, we’re excited to share that the following artists are already confirmed to be a part of 35th anniversary celebration at Kingdom Bound 2021:

Newsboys United, TobyMac, Zach Williams, We Are Messengers, Building 429, Jordan Feliz, Josh Baldwin (Bethel), Brooke Nicholls, SEU Worship, Verses, Reggie Dabbs, and more!

All customers who ordered a festival pass, accommodations packages, experience upgrades, or completed a volunteer application will automatically have their orders transferred forward to Kingdom Bound 2021. If you wish to roll your order forward to the 2021 festival, no further action needs to be taken, and your order will be valid for next year’s event! By keeping your tickets, you will secure the lowest prices available for 2021 as well as the location of any accommodations or seating upgrades you may have. In the event that you are unable to do this, you may also contact us to request a refund. More information on transfers and refunds can be found at (http://www.kingdombound.org/).

As a special bonus for those who hold onto their orders and roll forward to 2021, we will be sending you one exclusive Kingdom Bound 2020 commemorative festival shirt. Watch for an email from us with additional information on that.

We love our Kingdom Bound family, and although we have to wait a little longer than we’d like, we can’t wait to see you all when we’re together again at Kingdom Bound 2021. Join us for our best festival yet as together we celebrate 35 Years at Kingdom Bound 2021.

During this time we’re reminded of the words of Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” Together, we stand on this truth.

Blessings,

Your Kingdom Bound Team
