Dr. Bhuvana Ramkumar, left, and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center President and CEO Joseph A. Ruffolo recently visited the site of the new $2 million medical oncology center under construction at the medical center. Scheduled to open this summer, the 6,085-square-foot Golisano Medical Oncology Center will operate as part of the Roswell Park Care Network and will make hematology, chemotherapy infusion and the newest cancer treatments – including immunotherapies – readily accessible to those who live and work in Niagara County.
Ramkumar will serve as its medical director.
