George J. Fries entered into rest Feb. 19, 2020. A resident of Grand Island, he was the husband of 62 years of Betty A. Fries; father of Cynthia R. (Jim) Stump and Michael A. (Yi Chen) Fries; grandfather of Amber and Brian Stump and Chance Fries; brother of Rosemary Rivers and the late Stephen Fries, Louis Fries, Helen Banigan and Dolores Pilkington.
