NFP taking holiday break

Mon, Dec 16th 2019 07:00 am

2019 has been a banner year for Niagara Frontier Publications. The Island Dispatch turned 75, The Lewiston-Porter Sentinel was presented the Chairman’s Award at the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce Gala, and the Niagara-Wheatfield-NT Tribune welcomed a new editor. Our readership continued to grow at www.wnypapers.com and on our social media pages.

We’ve expanded our reach in Western New York – with your help.

This calendar year also has Christmas falling in the middle of the workweek, which is awkward. So, Niagara Frontier Publications opted to reward its staff with time off for a job well done. Our offices will be closed Monday, Dec. 23, through Sunday, Dec. 29, so our employees can relax and enjoy much-deserved time off spending the holiday with their families.

Following a special year-end issue, there will be no newspapers printed the week of Dec. 22-30. Your hometown newspapers will return with brand-new editions starting Dec. 31 (Grand Island PennySaver). The Tribune (Jan. 2), Dispatch (Jan. 3) and Sentinel (Jan. 4) will follow, on New Year’s weekend.

Happy holidays from the staff at NFP.

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve got in store for 2020!
