Join LiveNF for a celebration of local creativity and holiday fun on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30. The 2019 Makers Market presented by The Niagara Falls National Heritage Area will feature 120 vendors, seven musical guests, live art, and three craft workshops for kids, including the Western New York Book Arts Center Printing Letter Press.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Niagara Falls Conference Center, 101 Old Falls St. (use First Street entrance). Food and beverage will be available.

The event is presented by the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area with assistance from the 1199 Health Education Project.

A press release said, “The market’s generous sponsors, as well as our new partnerships with the Niagara Falls Conference Center, Jingle Falls USA, American Express’ Small Business Saturday and Yelp Buffalo have allowed us to include a wide range of local music and free holiday craft events for kids.”

LiveNF is also partnering with the Niagara Falls Housing Authority and its Packard Court Community Center to feature 20 youth vendors at the Makers Market. These young entrepreneurs have graduated from the Kids Business Fair Program, providing a new way to “Shop Small” for the holidays.

Visit www.LiveNF.com/MakersMarket for a full vendor list and the day’s event and musical schedule.

The Makers Market will officially kick-off Jingle Falls USA, with the tree-lighting ceremony with Santa, fireworks display and Old Falls opening night street party starting at 5:45 pm. For a full listing of Jingle Falls USA events, visit www.niagarafallsusa.com/jingle-falls-usa/.

Both admission to the LiveNF Makers Market, and parking in all surrounding municipal lots/ramp is free.

If possible, shoppers can bring the following donations to help two worthy and local causes:

•New children’s pajamas, hats, scarves and gloves to benefit Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier.

•Store-bought bottled water for the ongoing Tuscarora water drive.
