Steven J. Toth of Grand Island died peacefully at home after a long fought battle with prostate cancer.
He was the loving husband of Maureen (Kehoe) Toth; cherished father of Brenda (Frank) Gengo and Brian (Cory) Toth; devoted stepfather of Kristen (Joseph) Lee and Peter (Cyndy) Montana; adoring grandfather and papa of Katie and Frankie Gengo, Kaylee and Jaxen Montana, Samantha and Joey Kuszczak, Abby Toth and Jakob and Hunter Lee; lifelong friend of Jack Fox and Cuzin Larry.
A mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, May 13, in St. Stephen R.C. Church, Grand Island. Flowers gratefully declined.
Donations to the Grand Island Fire Co. are appreciated for all their help through the years.
Steve taught for over 40 years at Riverside High School and coached for many of them.
