TedFest, a music and art festival in honor of Theodore "Teddy" Wishowski, took place on Saturday.

It was four years ago when Teddy suddenly and tragically passed away in a car accident, leaving his friends, family and the community in shock. To honor his legacy, his closest friends celebrate his life in the way only Ted would: through music, art and lots of food!

This marked the fourth year in a row for the festival. Growing bigger and better every year, TedFest showcased the musical talents of some of the hottest bands and solo artists in Western New York. In addition, there were food vendors all day by local favorites The Como, Venus, Steaksters and Lugias Ice Cream.

Bashar Srouji, founder and organizer, offered a few words during the event: "This is truly a dream come true for me. To have everyone here celebrating the life of my brother and best friend is remarkable. Each year we grow bigger and better and we couldn't have done it without all of you."

The all-day festival had one purpose: to bring people together through music and art to remember the life of the beautiful soul that was lost so soon.
