School year ending with a bang, as Lew-Port stages 'Rock of Ages'

The Lewiston-Porter Middle School Drama Club will proudly present “Rock of Ages: Middle School Edition” at 7 p.m. Friday, May 17, and at 2:30 and 7 p.m. Saturday, May 18, on the Lew-Port High School stage. Tickets are $8 for adults, and $6 for children.

Tickets for all three performances will be available at the door one hour prior to curtain. A basket raffle fundraiser will take place during each show to support the middle school drama program.

Organizers said, “Rock of Ages: Middle School Edition” is a “thrilling rock ‘n’ roll performance for all ages!” In total, 17 Lewiston-Porter Middle School students are participants in this spring production.

This musical is directed by Amy Teal and produced by Jacey Diez, with vocal direction by Mark Marinaccio. “Rock of Ages: Middle School Edition” is presented by a special arrangement with Samuel French Inc.

The Lew-Port campus is located at 4061 Creek Road.
