Program funding applications for 2020-21 now open

United Way of Greater Niagara is now accepting “Community Care” applications for 2020-21. The form has been streamlined with the hope that it’ll be easier to complete for all agencies.

UWGN said, “We ask that you take the time to fill in all the details. We are looking to actively partner with agencies to collectively strengthen our positive impact on our community. Any agencies in the Niagara County and Tonawandas area are eligible to apply.”

The application can be found online at www.uwgn.org, under the home page, program page, or event page. Instructions are uploaded on the cover letter document on the website, along with the application itself. The application deadline is end of the business on March 15. All applications and required documents can be emailed to Nick Rosenberg at [email protected].

“We look forward to investing in programs that focus on education, health and income that deliver measurable results that improve our community today and strengthen it for tomorrow,” UWGN said. “If you have any questions, please contact the United Way office at 716-731-4580 or email Nick Rosenberg, chair of 'Community Care' committee, or Connie Brown, president and CEO of United Way, at [email protected]. If your agency is unable to email required documents and application to Nick Rosenberg, please mail the information to United Way of Greater Niagara located at 6420 Inducon Drive West, Suite 2B, Sanborn NY, 14132."
