Town of Niagara holiday decorating contest winners named

On Tuesday, at the Town of Niagara Town Board meeting, residential and one business winner of the 2018 holiday decorating contest throughout the town were honored and awarded their respective prizes.

The contest was sponsored by the Town of Niagara Police Club, the Town of Niagara Business and Professional Association and the Town of Niagara Beautification Committees.

Judges for the event were Craig Guiliani, Lynne Jasper, Ed Herman and Laura Goodlander.

First-place for businesses was awarded $125, which was given to Manente Orthodontics, 2840 Military Road.

First-place for residential ($100) was awarded to 7420 Colonial Drive, second-place ($75) to 3102 Sadlo Drive, third-place ($50) to 3509 Crestview Drive, and an honorable mention was given to 8021 Porter Road.
