Lewiston Choraleers kick off holiday music series for 2018 Lewiston Christmas Walk

The Lewiston Choraleers will kick off its popular holiday concert series at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 620 Center St., Lewiston, as part of the annual Lewiston Christmas Walk sponsored by the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce. Additional performances will be held in Niagara Falls and Lewiston as follows:
  • Sunday, Dec. 2, 2 p.m., Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls
  • Saturday, Dec. 8, 2 p.m., St. John De LaSalle Roman Catholic Church, 8477 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls
  • Sunday, Dec. 9, 2 p.m., Messiah Lutheran Church, 915 Oneida St., Lewiston
The family-friendly program will feature an eclectic mix of traditional, contemporary, ethnic and international holiday music. The 50-member community chorus will be directed and accompanied by Donald D. Shrimpton and percussionist Pat Kuciewski.
All performances are open to the public, with a general admission fee of $5 (children 12 and under admitted free).
The Lewiston Choraleers has been presenting seasonal concerts in the Niagara Falls-Lewiston area since being formed in 2007. A variety of videos and a list of scheduled performances are available at www.lewistonchoraleers.com and on Facebook.
