Kazimierz "Kasey" Sadowski, 89, beloved husband and father, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, in Youngstown.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Irena (nee Kislauskis); his children, John (Hope), Henry (Diane), and Victoria (Jim) Williams; as well as his grandchildren, Michelle Sadowski, Tiffanie (Michael) Anderson, Edward (Allison) Sadowski and Brenden (Alana) Williams.
Born Aug. 2, 1928, in Poland, Kasey lived a full life, overcoming a childhood in World War II Europe to become a tool and die maker, self-taught master woodcraftsman, and inventor with registered patents.
Kasey could accomplish anything he set his mind to - including building their home and designing tools to enable him to accomplish this task on his own. He served in the Polish Army at the age of 14. He moved to the U.S. in 1955.
At Kasey's request, his body has been donated to science, and no service will be held. Donations may be made to Niagara Hospice in Kasey's name.
