Bruce Sutherland announces coffee chats

Bruce Sutherland, a candidate for mayor in the Village of Lewiston, is inviting interested citizens to join him for coffee and share their ideas about the future of the village.
"This is a great opportunity for everyone to express their ideas and concerns about where we are going as a community," he said. "I need everyone's input and thoughts about the path we take forward to make Lewiston even better. I encourage everyone to get out and enjoy a complementary coffee as we chart our future."
The first meet-and-greet will take place at 9 a.m. Thursday, March 29, at the Orange Cat Coffee Co., 703 Center St. The second get-together is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at Syros Restaurant at 869 Cayuga St.
Sutherland is currently the deputy mayor and serves on the Village Board of Trustees.
