Downtown Niagara Falls will have a new, elevated hotel brand
American Niagara Hospitality on Friday announced another project in downtown Niagara Falls, USA with the transformation of its Days Inn At The Falls property to the Wyndham Garden At Niagara Falls.
Millions of dollars have been invested in the 188-room hotel and suites located on Main Street directly on the USA-Canada border. The official brand change is anticipated for March, assisting in the continued revitalization of Niagara Falls, USA.
Wyndham Garden is one of the fastest growing brands in the Wyndham Hotels upscale portfolio and will be the first in market for Niagara Falls, USA.
Along with the brand change, there will also be a trendy new restaurant concept, located in the reappointed lobby of the hotel. It will include inspired, yet accessible, dine-in cuisine, a casual lounge area with contemporary design and interactive game elements, a carefully crafted coffee bar, gourmet grab-and-go food selections and a gastropub-style bar area.
The final phase of the property's long-term vision is underway and includes updated exterior façade and indoor pool enhancements.
Owner and developer Michael DiCienzo stated, "We are excited about our most recent project within American Niagara Hospitality. All of the work we have done to this property to date, along with the final phase of the exterior façade, will result in bringing an elevated brand to the marketplace. Wyndham Garden Hotel's highly visible brand, gateway location and high product quality will establish this property as a market leader."
The 188 guestrooms have been completely renovated, including the dramatic addition of 16 premium guestrooms and four state-of-the-art "Diamond Sky Suites," all located on the top floor. The four signature suites feature unique views with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Canadian skyline to the west and Niagara Falls to the east.
