CHANT Town Hall meeting to discuss youth substance abuse

The third annual Community Health Alliance of North Tonawanda (CHANT) Town Hall meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7, at the Lumber City Church of Hope Center, 383 Vandervoort St., North Tonawanda.
Visitors will hear from experts regarding youth substance abuse trends and concerns.
Speakers will include New York State Sen. Robert G. Ortt, West Side Youth Development Coalition Program Coordinator Jonathan Linder and Northpointe Council Director of Residential Services Marlon Thornton.
A question and answer session will also be available.
A barbecue dinner will be available for a $3 goodwill offering after the meeting.
