Members of the 107th Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, were presented with Valentine's Day cards Feb. 10 as part of the Erie County Legislature's "Valentine's for Vets" initiative.

Students from more than 35 Erie County schools participated to create custom, handmade cards for veterans. Each year, the Office of the Erie County Legislature reaches out to the air base to present its servicemen and women with these tokens of love and appreciation.
