North Tonawanda Common Council President Russ Rizzo announced the Inaugural Council Outreach Evening, where residents will have an opportunity to speak directly with their elected representatives.

The event will take place from 4-8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 28, in the North Tonawanda Public Library's meeting room.

Officials attending the event include:

•Council President and First Ward Alderman Russ Rizzo (4-8 p.m.)

•Alderman at Large Robert Pecoraro (4-8 p.m.)

•Alderwoman at Large Cathy Schwantz (4-6 p.m.)

•City Attorney Katherine Alexander (4-5:30 p.m.)
