Permanent signage was installed this week on the outside of the new Golisano Center for Community Health at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. The innovative center, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2016, is supported by a $3.5 million gift from businessman and philanthropist Tom Golisano. It will provide comprehensive integrated health care services to adults with special needs, including intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to their families.
The center is located adjacent to the ER1 Emergency Department and Heart Center of Niagara on 10th Street between Walnut and Ferry avenues. The general contractor is Telco Construction Inc.
