'Wild 50s' party will benefit Buffalo Zoo

The Women's Board of the Buffalo Zoo will host a "Wild 50s" party to benefit the Buffalo Zoo. The event will take place at the Foundry Hotel from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, April 18.

This party will feature live music from Rich Manzell, a costume contest, jitterbug dancing lessons, a "heartthrob" gift card wall and more. Tickets to the 21-and-over event cost $50 and include dinner, beer, wine, coffee, soft drinks, dessert and secured valet parking.

The Women's Board of the Buffalo Zoo is committed to maintaining a good quality of life for the zoo's animal collection, excellence of educational programs, and enjoyment for the zoo's visitors. Founded in 1966, the board is comprised of women from the Western New York community who execute fundraisers and various other special projects on behalf of the Buffalo Zoo.
