The Niagara USA Chamber announces Lauren Lewis has been hired as communications coordinator.

Lewis will work to promote the chamber's message of business advocacy through marketing and promotions and through the use of social media. She will be working with the chamber board of directors and its various committees, as well as the membership in advocacy efforts.

Lewis has a background working for human service organizations across Western New York, including the American Diabetes Association and United Way of Buffalo & Erie County. Her experience in event planning, marketing and promotions, as well as strong administrative support, will be an asset to the chamber.

"We are pleased to have Lauren aboard as our newest employee," said President and CEO Deanna Alterio Brennen. "She will be a great addition to our staff and will be working to promote the Niagara USA Chamber, its members and events".

Lewis holds an Associate of Science degree in communication and media arts from Niagara County Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in public communication from the State University of New York At Buffalo. A native of Niagara Falls, she currently resides in Wheatfield.
