The following activity occurred Monday, Sept. 30, to Saturday, Oct. 5, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged more than 100 response calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 30

•1100 block of Escarpment Drive, burglary. Statement taken by a male, 51. Suspect unknown. LPD K-9 unit conducted a search of the area. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, domestic. Female, 40, listed as complainant and male, 18, listed as a suspect. No charges at this time.

•880 block of Jefferson's Way, tenant dispute. Patrol on standby; all OK.

•900 block of Swann Road, recovered property. Patrol reported a gun found in the middle of the road; owner to pick up.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, mental health response. Male, 18, made suicidal threats to his mother. Patrol reports locating the subject on the 700 block of Center Street. Male voluntarily taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for an evaluation.

Tuesday, Oct. 1

•Lewiston Hill Road, suspicious person. All OK; subject was walking to a bus stop.

•4900 block of Myers Hill Road, suspicious vehicle. All OK; bow hunter on location. Plate number logged.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, two-vehicle property-damage accident. Statement taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•South Ninth and Cayuga streets, suspicious person. Male, 71, placed under arrest for public lewdness. Arraignment in Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on own recognizance. Report filed.

•1800 block of Swann Road, check welfare. Female, 52, listed as person involved. Unidentified juvenile taken to ECMC for an evaluation.

•Lewiston Road, northbound, attempt to locate. Niagara Falls Police reportedly chasing a black Volkswagen. Chase called off by NFPD.

•900 block of Center Street, check welfare. Female and male reported arguing inside a green Toyota. Female party called 911 and reported all OK.

•Walmore Road, ATV injury accident. Male, 28, taken to ECMC via Mercy Flight for treatment of minor injuries.

Wednesday, Oct. 2

•2500 block of Ridge Road, warrant execution. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on execution of bench warrant.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, criminal mischief. Graffiti reported painted on the roof of a building overnight. NCSO ID Unit on location at the business for photos. Report filed.

•800 block of Seneca Street, Village DPW, criminal mischief. Graffiti painted on items overnight. NCSO ID Unit on location for photos. Report filed.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, open door. Building checked and secured by patrol.

•2800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 45. Male listed on call; suspect unknown.

•Artpark, assist. LPD assisted New York State Parks Police on a suspicious person call. Male, 18, listed on call.

•100 block of Center Street, aggravated harassment. Call handled by State Police; male, no age, listed as a suspect.

•4200 block of Burch Road, domestic. LPD assisted State Police on report.

Thursday, Oct. 3

•900 block of Mohawk Street, check 911. Phone problems reported.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Male, 33, and male, 23, listed on complaint. No further details.

•West Street, reckless driver complaint. Vehicle gone on arrival.

•400 block of River Walk Drive, harassment complaint. Listed parties included a male and female, no ages; a female, 23 and a male, 18. No further details.

•4000 block of Creek Road, follow-up. Statement taken on follow-up to criminal mischief incidents on the 800 block of Cayuga Street. Narrative added to report.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, larceny. Statement taken from a male, juvenile, regarding an I-phone taken out of a gym locker room. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, larceny complaints. Six complainants, unidentified, reported I-phones taken from a gym locker room in the high school. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 59; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, shoplifting complaint. Statement taken from a male, 65, which resulted in the arrested of a female, 54, for petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 800 block of Orchard Drive and on the 2200 block of Lower Mountain Road, vehicle repos.

Friday, Oct. 4

•Joseph Davis State Park access road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 30, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•900 block of Creek Road Extension, suspicious person. Patrol searched area with negative results.

•400 block of Burt Circle, vehicle seizure. Patrol on standby while New York State Tax Department conducted a vehicle seizure.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, harassment. Patrol spoke with a student, unidentified, and the high school principal. Report filed with Niagara-Wheatfield High School.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, harassment/assault. Patrol spoke with a suspect and parent, both unidentified. Investigation ongoing.

•1100 block of Swan Road, alarm response. All OK; call avoidable.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person. Call handled by State Police; all OK.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, criminal mischief. Female, 47, with Ontario registration reported a broken rear window on a vehicle. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 53; suspect unknown. I-phone stolen; investigation to continue.

•5300 block of Military Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 17, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Patrol reported 1.1 grams of marijuana seized. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Saturday, Oct. 5

•Walmore Road, injury accident. Patrol reported a 1995 Ford driven by a male, 38, had failed to maneuver a curve, struck a mail box, went airborne and crashed through a fence, went airborne again and came to rest. Driver fled scene and was located by patrol later at his workplace. Driver taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment of injuries. Drive also issued uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and unreasonable speed. Report filed.

•Mount Hope and Green roads, report of possible auto stripping. Negative results reported.

•5800 block of West Street, check welfare. Male reported arguing with his girlfriend.

•500 block of Bridgeman Road, harassment. Male, 37, listed as complainant and male, no age, as a suspect. Investigation to continue.
