Students Without Borders of Daemen College is a humanitarian club that serves rural villages in the Dominican Republic. Accompanied by licensed medical practitioners, SWOB provides free medical care to the several hundred residents of those villages and many more that travel there to benefit from services.

While monetary donations are extremely helpful, as nearly $40,000 is required to provide assistance, many other supplies readily available here in the U.S. can aid student efforts to help those in the Dominican. These supplies include: gently used summer clothes, sneakers/sandals, ibuprofen, Neosporin, toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, etc.).
