The following activity occurred Monday, Sept. 23, to Sunday, Sept. 29, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 107 response calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 23

•5000 block of Woodland Drive, open door complaint. Male, 33, reports arriving home to an open door at the residence. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a male, 46. Female, 18, and female no age, listed as victims, and female, 17, listed as a suspect. No further details.

•5800 block of Fort Gray Drive, larceny. Resident reported a suspect, unidentified, went through the truck of a vehicle. Nothing found missing.

•Ridge and Creek roads, vehicle check. Female, no age, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third degree, and speed in zone. No further details.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Female, 22, listed as a suspect. Tip jar stolen from a business.

•Townline Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 40, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in zone. Appearance ticket and uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on Mohawk Street and on Swann Road, reports of hit-and-runs. Red Jeep reportedly struck stop signs and left scene. DPW notified; report filed.

•400 block of Meadowbrook Drive, larceny. Suspect, unidentified, reportedly went through vehicles. A small amount of change found missing.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, check welfare. Patrol spoke with the individual; all OK.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

•Lewiston and Creek roads, reckless driver. Patrol located a female driver who said she could not see due to fogged up windows.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrests of a female, 23, for petit larceny and a female, 22, for conspiracy, stemming from a larceny incident on the 700 block of Cayuga Street. Bail of $250 assigned; both suspects remanded to Niagara County Jail.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, car-bike accident. Statements taken, report filed.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

•Locations on the 700 block of Center Street and on Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from drivers; reports filed.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 22, regarding a female, 18, listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, AED/EMS response. Male, 28, listed as victim; Niagara County coroner advised. Report filed.

•900 block of Balmer Road, shooter complaint. Multiple calls with reports of shots fired. Area checked with negative results.

Thursday, Sept. 26

•900 block of Center Street, vehicle repossessed in a supermarket parking lot. Female listed on call.

•400 block of Morgan Drive, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 74; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•200 block of Portage Road, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 33; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•500 block of Center Street, suspicious person complaint. Patrol checked area; subject was gone on arrival.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, trespassing complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 56. Possible hunter on property; vehicle plate logged. Patrol to follow-up.

•400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, check welfare. Female listed as person involved; all OK.

Friday, Sept. 27

•Saunders Settlement and Shenk roads, fight. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office to assist on a physical altercation call. Handled by patrols.

•Niagara University campus, EMS/overdose, two calls. Two females, 18, both intoxicated, taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, larceny complaint. Patrol interviewed possible suspects. High school is handling disciplinary actions.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal mischief. Complaint taken; report filed.

•Devil's Hole State Park, check welfare/suspicious person. Patrol interviewed a male; investigation transferred to State Parks Police.

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 40, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court; vehicle to a licensed driver. Report filed.

Saturday, Sept. 28

•Townline and Saunders Settlement roads, ATV problem. Two ATVs fled from patrol with no lights eastbound through Niagara County Community College.

•Lewiston Road/Robert Moses Parkway, two-vehicle injury accident. Patrol assisted State Police on call. One female taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Patrol cleared.

•Elliott Drive, shooter complaint. Complainant reported hearing one shot. Patrol reported call unfounded.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, unwanted person at a bar/restaurant. Patrol escorted a male off the property for the night. Call an ongoing issue. Report filed.

•Kiwanis Park, suspicious vehicle/arrests. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 20, for trespassing, and the arrest of a male, 16, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued to both suspects for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Sunday, Sept. 29

•Lewiston Hill Road, two-vehicle injury accident. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 24, for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle/traffic violations. Breath and blood-alcohol content testing refused. Suspect and a male passenger, 24, taken via Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center for evaluation/treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Passengers of other vehicle taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Other charges are pending. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, assault. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 21, for assault after she struck a male, 23, with a beer bottle. Further charges pending; investigation continuing. Report filed.

•5400 block of George Street, suspicious person. Male complainant, 46, reported he saw a white male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, enter his unlocked vehicle. Suspect scared off by complainant and nothing found missing. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Ridge Road, DWI arrest. Female, 19, arrested for driving with more than .08 of 1 percent of alcohol and driving while intoxicated. Blood-alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .11 of 1 percent. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•Porter Center Road, check welfare. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 23, for aggravated unlicensed operation, third degree. Driver found to have a suspended license during an investigation. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.
