Maryann Cogdill, RN, BSN, has been appointed director of maternity services at Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Her appointment was announced by Barbara Bucci, RN, BSN, vice president - patient care services and chief nursing officer.
A graduate of Niagara County Community College and Keuka College, Cogdill formerly served as nurse manager of obstetrics and practice manager of Women's Care Center at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia.
At Mount St. Mary's, she will oversee a staff of nurses and a department as part of the hospital's Center for Women, which is undergoing a $2 million renovation.
Originally from Pendleton, Cogdill is looking forward to relocating with her family to Niagara County.
