Buffalo Niagara Travel Professionals October meeting

The Buffalo Niagara Travel Professionals will host a meeting planner panel with four top meeting and travel industry professionals in Western New York as part of its October meeting. The panel will discuss the key ingredients to a successful meeting, how technology changed the event-planning industry, what works, what doesn't and other topics.

The event takes place Tuesday, Oct. 1, beginning at 5:15 p.m. at Ilio DiPaolo's, 3875 South Park Ave., Blasdell. The cost to attend is $30 for members and $40 for guests.

The panel will include Jennifer Bush, travel services supervisor at Moog Inc.; Melissa Gearhart, director of sales and marketing at the Conference & Events Center Niagara Falls; and Matt Spencer, general manager at the Comfort Suites Buffalo Downtown. Terri McDonald-Gale, director of sales at the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls, will facilitate the panel discussion.
