Assemblyman John Ceretto, R-C-I-Lewiston, has launched his second community listening tour to meet with constituents throughout the 145th Assembly District to discuss state and local issues and listen to their thoughts and concerns.

"The purpose of this listening tour is to have one-on-one conversations with as many of my constituents as possible on the issues that matter to them most," Ceretto said. "Talking to my constituents helps me better represent them as I work to deliver a better future for Western New York families."

Ceretto will be out nearly every day from now until the end of November on his listening tour and is hoping to hit thousands of households. The assemblyman plans to visit every municipality, city, town and village in the district, which makes the 145th one of the most diverse in the state.

"Talking with the people I represent is one of my favorite parts of my work as a public servant," Ceretto said. "The conversation between elected officials and the people they represent should take place year-round, and not just during campaign season."

For information on times, dates and locations, or to set up a constituent meeting with the assemblyman, residents can contact his district office by phone at 716-282-6062 or by email at [email protected].
