The following activity occurred Monday, April 8, to Sunday, April 14, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 77 response calls during this period.

Monday, April 8

•Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted party. Female, 44, placed under arrest on a public lewdness charge. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Male, 16, also listed on call.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•Addresses on the 800 block of Oriole Lane and the 700 block of Pletcher Road, follow-up calls. On Oriole Lane response, patrol spoke with the suspect; investigation to continue. Pletcher Road, follow-up to a previous call. Report filed.

Tuesday, April 9

•Niagara University campus, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 24, who reported driver's side mirror damage/mirror removed from a vehicle. Report filed.

•500 block of Forrest Road, alarm response. Homeowner arrived on location; all secure.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Route 429, reckless driver. Vehicle GOA; plate number logged.

•700 block of Center Street, one vehicle accident. Property damage only; vehicle towed.

•North Water Street near The Silo, suspicious vehicle. U.S. Border Patrol vehicle was unmarked; all secure.

•800 block of Upper Mountain Road, AED response. Resident taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

Wednesday, April 10

•800 block of Upper Mountain Road, unattended death. Male, elderly, listed. Niagara County coroner responded.

•Dickersonville Road, vehicle-traffic stop-arrest. Male, 35, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .13 of 1 percent. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check welfare. Female, 58, listed as complainant and male, 37, as person involved. Issue resolved by patrol.

•100 block of Ashland Avenue, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD K-9 unit on location with Niagara Falls Police Department for a narcotics search.

•300 block of South Second Street, check situation. Possible fight. Patrol spoke with a female, 70; all secure.

•5800 block of West Street, possible overdose. Niagara County Sheriff's Office on location. Female taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Tri-Community Ambulance. Patrol cleared.

•5800 block of West Street, domestic. Two juveniles listed, a male complainant and a female suspect, both age 15. Female placed under arrest and issued a juvenile appearance ticket. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•5800 block of West Street, assault. Female, 28, listed as complainant, and male juvenile, 15, listed as suspect and arrested. Juvenile appearance ticket issued.

Thursday, April 11

•NU campus, EMS response. Female, 20, reported as having medical problems taken by Upper Mountain responders to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•4600 block of Witmer Road, alarm, fire. LPD assisted NCSO on location.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, follow-up at a credit union. Patrol spoke with a male, 41, concerning a prior incident.

•500 block of Center Street, one vehicle property damage accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•Niagara-Wheatfield School District, officer requested. Call involved a threatening Tweet. Male juvenile and female listed on call. Resolved by patrol. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, one vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver; report filed.

Friday, April 12

•Saunders Settlement Road and West Street, vehicle traffic stop. Male, 39, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•Locations on Autumn Lane and on the 700 block of Cayuga Street, separate two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from drivers; no injuries and MV forms issued on both calls.

•700 block of Center Street, harassment. Female listed as complainant and female as suspect, no ages listed. Patrol resolved issue; suspect agreed not to return to the location again.

•Chew Road, two-vehicle injury accident. Two females taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital, one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, larceny. Patrol spoke with a male; suspect unknown. Two rings reported missing following a move.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny at a supermarket. No further details.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Buffalo Street, one vehicle-Metro Bus accident. Statements taken from drivers. Minor damage, no injuries.

•500 block of Center Street, alarm response at a bank branch. All secure.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 27, listed as complainant/victim. Male, 23, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny from a vehicle in a supermarket parking lot. Statement taken from a male, 36, who reported the theft of a S&W Bodyguard .45 ACP semi-auto from the glove box of a vehicle. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results. Plate number logged.

Saturday, April 13

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 49, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Breath testing refused. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, criminal mischief. Male reported a slashed rear tire on a vehicle; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers, no injuries or tows; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, trespass. Patrol resolved issue with complainant.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, lockout. Patrol reported a baby locked in a vehicle was freed.

•700 block of Sara Court, criminal mischief in a garden. No report requested.

•5600 block of Walmore Road, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO to check on horses left outside.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, violation of a court order. Patrol spoke with a female, 59, resulting in the arrest of a male suspect, 51. No further details.

Sunday, April 14

•700 block of Scovell Drive, audible alarm. Patrol assisted homeowner. Malfunction reported.

•4700 block of Lower River Road, structure fire, fatal. Male, elderly, found deceased by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. responders inside residence. NCSO ID unit, NCSO criminal and fire investigations unit, Niagara County coroners and Youngstown and Upper Mountain volunteer fire companies all on location. Report filed.

•400 block of North Fourth Street, suspicious persons. Six juveniles reported in area. Youngstown police assisted; area checked with negative results.

•550 block of Mountain View Drive, hit-run. Statements taken; one vehicle parked.

•3000 block of Krueger Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a possible burglary in progress call. Later disregarded; call determined to be a mental health response.

•900 block of Center Street, shoplifting complaint. Patrol reported its investigation as ongoing.
