Promotion will give fans watching game from home a chance to win prizes

The Buffalo Sabres have announced a new component of its popular "Fan Appreciation Night" promotion by offering fans watching from home a chance to win prizes along with fans in attendance at the Sabres-Islanders game on April 26. "Fan Appreciation Night Goes Digital" will enable fans to win one of three premium prizes by watching the game broadcast on MSG.

To participate in this contest, fans can scan a unique Quick Response Code (QR code) that will be displayed on their TV screen during both intermissions of the MSG game broadcast and during the pregame show prior to the game. In addition to scanning the QR code, fans can enter to win by accessing a unique website URL that will be displayed with the QR code. Prizes for the broadcast portion of "Fan Appreciation Night" include a 40" TV from Stereo Advantage, an iPad Mini from AT&T and an autographed Steve Ott jersey.
