The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation has released two separate requests for proposals for food, beverage and catering operations, as well as operation of the golf course and food and beverage, for the golf course at Beaver Island State Park on Grand Island.
The RFPs, which are open until June 28, seek partners to run the catering and food and beverage operations at the iconic Beaver Island Club House as well as the snack bar at the beach and other possible options. The second RFP calls for an operator to run all aspects of the 18-hole golf course, pro shop and course restaurant.
