Western New York welcomes back The Tragically Hip with special guest Grace Potter & The Nocturnals for a performance Friday, July 19. The event is part of The Outer Harbor Concert Series, which takes place at 325 Furhmann Blvd., Buffalo (first exit off the Skyway for outer harbor).
It's a 6 p.m. gate for the all-ages show (ages 16-plus unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian).
