Niagara Frontier Publications is proud to announce noted food blogger Jude Russo Caserta is now a contributing writer for its website, www.wnypapers.com. A new version of her column, "Jude the Foodie," appears online each Monday.

"We are thrilled to be working with Jude, a well-liked and well-respected foodie," said Web Co-Editor Joshua Maloni. "Food is always a popular topic, and we're happy to have a tried and tested home cook and world traveler contributing stories, recipes and dining-out pieces for our website.

"When the 'Road Bros.' came to Lewiston last summer, and the eyes of the culinary world were on our community, Jude was the person chosen to take 'Best of the Road' judges Mike Shubic and Brian Cox from restaurant to restaurant. That was a testament to her culinary knowledge and reputation with restaurateurs."

Caserta's website, http://judethefoodie.com, has become well known for its fun, informative takes on dining, entertaining, health and travel.

"I am so excited to expand my audience and express my food and life perspective," Caserta said. "My tagline is 'Living a "Glass Half Full" Life,' and having the opportunity to share this with the Grand Island, Niagara-Wheatfield and Lewiston/Porter communities is a wish fulfilled."

"My goal is to bring you back to the great memories food can provide, make good food with you, and help you make those same memories for your loved ones," she added.
