New at Victoria's in Youngstown

Victoria's Hair Care in Youngstown held ribbon-cutting last month for its newest offering - the Bella Faccia Skin Spa. Operated under the direction of Christine Gaffney, licensed cosmetologist and estheticist, Bella Faccia offers facials, body waxing and make-up services, including airbrush makeup.

In the photo, Gaffney (center) is joined by Youngstown Mayor Raleigh Reynolds, village trustees and members of Victoria's staff.
