Obit: Robert A. Savoy

Robert A. Savoy, entered into rest Jan. 10, 2013. He was a resident of Grand Island.

He was the dearest husband of Mary Cardella Savoy and the late Doreen Savoy; cherished father of Robert Savoy, Thomas (Charlotte) Savoy, Nancy (Thomas) Savoy-Burke, Andrew (Leslie) Savoy, Christopher (Elizabeth) Savoy, Mark (Beverly) Savoy, Joan (James) Dlugokinski, Joel (Colleen) Cardella, Beth (William) Stanley and the late Suzanne Savoy; loving grandfather of Jackson, Neil, Alec, Landon, Blake, Colin, Andrew, Grace, Iris, Shannon, Samantha (Luke), Suzanne, Nicole, Claudia, Gretchen, Matthew, Johnny, Kaylynn, Christopher, Michael and Megan; and great-grandfather of Mason, Eleanor and Rileigh. He was the brother of Donald and Neil Savoy.

Visitation was held Saturday and Sunday at the Kaiser Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday at St. Stephen R.C. Church. Memorials may be made to St. Stephen's, 2100 Baseline Road.
