The People's Choice Awards will honor Bullock with the award for "Favorite Humanitarian" for her generous philanthropic efforts throughout her career, specifically her ongoing commitment to Warren Easton High School in New Orleans following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Bullock adopted Warren Easton Charter High School less than six months after Hurricane Katrina closed the heavily damaged building. She has contributed funds for college scholarships for graduating seniors, band uniforms, and athletic equipment, and has helped fund the renovation to the auditorium and the construction of a school-based health clinic. To celebrate these efforts, Bullock will be presented with a custom Waterford Crystal trophy during People's Choice Awards 2013.

Chris Colfer, Josh Duhamel, Julianne Hough, Adam Levine, Lea Michele, Shemar Moore, Carrie-Anne Moss, Jim Parsons, Katy Perry, Ellen Pompeo, Ian Somerhalder, Taylor Swift, Emma Watson and Naomi Watts will join previously announced attendees Jensen Ackles, Stephen Amell, Jennifer Aniston, Ellen DeGeneres, Robert Downey, Jr., Johnny Galecki, Josh Hutcherson, Regina King, Jennifer Lawrence, Chloƫ Grace Moretz, Olivia Munn, Chris O'Donnell, Jason O'Mara, Jared Padalecki, Eddie Redmayne, Casey Wilson, The Wanted and many more at People's Choice Awards 2013. Hosted by Kaley Cuoco ("The Big Bang Theory"), the show will also feature performances by Christina Aguilera, Jason Aldean and Alicia Keys.

The Red Carpet Arrivals Show will stream live on www.PeoplesChoice.com, the official website for People's Choice Awards. Fandango Chief Correspondent Dave Karger will co-host with DailyCandy Chief Correspondent SuChin Pak from outside the Nokia Theater L.A. Live on Wednesday, Jan. 9 (8 p.m.). The webcast will feature fan favorites in movies, music and TV, highlight the stars as they arrive on the red carpet and feature commentary from fashion expert Tim Gunn who will be on hand to identify red carpet trends.

Now in its 39th year, the People's Choice Awards continues to be the only major awards show voted on entirely by the public for fan favorites in movies, music and television. The People's Choice official website at www.PeoplesChoice.com houses the voting platform where fans determine the categories, nominees and winners for the annual awards show. Every year, potential nominees are determined by national ratings averages, box office grosses, music sales and PeoplesChoice.com data, then vetted through E-Poll MediaSYNC - E-Score Celebrity. Fred Nelson is the President of People's Choice.
