The following activity occurred Monday, Dec. 17, to Sunday, Dec. 30, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 322 response calls during this period.

Monday, Dec. 17

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, vehicle check. Male, 21, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•900 block of Creek Road, larceny complaint. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, domestic. Statement taken from a female, 29. Male suspect, 24, placed under arrest; offenses not specified. Bail of $2,000/$4,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•Harris Hill and Roll roads, Clarence, assist. LPD K-9 unit requested to assist State Police Clarence and Lancaster and Amherst police departments on a search for a male, suicidal. No further details.

•5300 block of Military Road, unwanted party. Male, 30, transported by patrol to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on a mental health response. Report filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

•Lewiston-Porter campus, suspicious person. All OK.

•North Ninth Street, vehicle/traffic stop-DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 69, for driving while intoxicated; driving while ability impaired/drugs; and failure to keep right. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, domestic. Statement taken from a male, 41, resulting in the arrest of a male, 17. Suspect assigned bail of $500/$1,000. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•700 block of Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, no age listed, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released on his own recognizance.

•Ridge and Ransomville roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; three occupants taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

•Swann and Model City roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male driver issued uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court for violations, unspecified. Vehicle secured.

•4800 block of Myers Hill Road, loud explosion coming from area of Tuscarora Indian reservation. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Female, 26, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on a mental health response.

•5900 block of Miller Road, harassment. Female, 36, reported a male juvenile, 14, was struck in the face by another male juvenile, 16, while at the Niagara-Wheatfield campus.

Thursday, Dec. 20

•Location unspecified, weapon turn-in. Patrol reported a male turned in seven long guns as per Niagara County Court.

•Chew and Printup roads, vehicle rollover accident. Male, 41, placed under arrest, violations, unspecified. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. No injuries from accident. Report filed.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, assault. Statement taken from a male, 27, listed as a victim; male, 42, listed as a suspect. Victim alleges suspect put his hands around his neck and obstructed breathing and blood flow. Suspect placed under arrest on assault charge. No further details.

•500 block of C Street, Cayuga Village, arrest. Patrol reported the a arrest of a male, 40 on a warrant out of Wheatfield. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $250/$500 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO.

•Ninth and Center streets, leaving the scene-DWI arrest. Female, 24, arrested for driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal and leaving the scene of an accident. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and driver remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•400 block of North Second Street, attempt to locate/overdose. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. ambulance transported subject, unidentified to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. State Police to do report.

•Lewiston-Porter High School, possible threat. Patrol spoke with a female, 45; call unfounded.

Friday, Dec. 21

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. Patrol spoke with a male, 35; female, 23, listed as a person involved. Call was verbal only. Domestic Incident report to be filed.

•400 block of Mohawk Street, animal problem. Caller reported an ongoing problem of a barking dog. Information to be forwarded to dog control officer.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, fraud. Male, no age listed reported an incident involving a credit card. Report filed.

•LPD office, custody dispute. Statement taken from a male, no age listed, regarding an incident on the 1700 block of Mount Hope Road. Report filed.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 19, regarding a male suspect, 18. Complaint involved threatening phone calls and texts. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Hillside Drive, check welfare. All OK.

Saturday, Dec. 22

•100 block of Portage Road; restaurant on the 800 block of Center Street, assault. Statement taken from a male, 29, listed as a victim. Male, 26, listed as a suspect. Both parties taken to Mount St. Mary's for treatment. Suspect arrested on assault, third. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, fraud. Statement taken from a female, 25. Investigation to continue; report filed.

Sunday, Dec. 23

•800 block of Center Street, fight at a bar/restaurant. Statement taken from a male, 22, listed as a victim. Male, 22, placed under arrest for assault, third, and disorderly conduct. Jail/bail of $100 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, fight at a bar/restaurant. Statement taken from a male, 21, listed as a victim. Male, 48, placed under arrest for harassment, second, and disorderly conduct. Jail/bail of $100 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•5400 block of Townline Road, suspicious person. Male reported as walking home from a nearby bar. All OK.

•5300 block of Military Road, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 24, regarding an earlier fight at a bar/restaurant on the 800 block of Center Street. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Center Street, larceny at a bar/restaurant. Female, 31, reported her purse was taken. Video footage obtained; patrol located suspect and purse. No charges.

•1700 block of Lake Road, assist/domestic. LPD on location with State Police. Call handled.

•4000 block of Creek Road, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with both parties, who agreed to stop talking.

•700 block of Center Street, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with both parties, who agreed to stop talking.

•800 block of Sara Court, domestic. Call handled; report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 18, stemming from an earlier aggravated harassment complaint at a restaurant on the 800 block of Cayuga Street. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

Monday, Dec. 24

•3800 block of Lower River Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a male party breaking items with thoughts of harming himself. Subject taken via Rural Metro to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•400 block of Center Street, fraud complaint at a bank branch. Patrol spoke with a male, 72. NCSO took initial complaint and will investigate. Patrol reported on standby on follow-up for a female to remove belongings at an address on the 4700 block of Eddy Drive East.

•5300 block of Military Road, fight. Patient reported as combative with staff. Subject was calm and cooperative on patrol's arrival.

•2700 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, domestic-agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a domestic. Call handled.

•600 block of Sara Court, larceny. Complainant reports items taken out of two vehicles. Investigation to continue.

•Lewiston Road, reckless driver. State Police on location.

•700 block of David Lane, larceny. Female, 24, reported items removed from a vehicle. Investigation to continue.

•5700 block of Walmore Road, fire. Lewiston No. 2 and Sanborn volunteer fire companies on location. NCSO to do report.

•LPD office, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 46, regarding an earlier harassment complaint on the 4000 block of Creek Road.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, domestic. Male, 31, and a female, 34, listed as persons involved. Male left for the night. Domestic Incident Report filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 20, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle turned over to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, domestic. Male, 26, and female, 28, listed as persons involved. Female left for the night.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 24, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured; report filed.

•1700 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted person. Statement taken from a female, 31, regarding a male, 29. Suspect GOA; all secure.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 19, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, fraud. Statement taken from a female, 44; male, elderly, listed as a victim. Complaint involved two males unknown, who extorted cash from the victim for unnecessary repairs. Investigation to continue.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, court order violation. Statement taken from a female, 59, regarding a male suspect, 51.

•Locations on Lewiston Hill Road, Indian Hill Road (three calls) and on the Robert Moses Parkway southbound, weather related reports of disabled vehicles/vehicle in ditch. Calls handled.

Thursday, Dec. 27

•3600 block of Ransomville Road, alarm. LPD on location to assist State Police on a call of a broken front window at a business and $100 taken from the cash register.

•2200 block of Ridge Road, aggravated harassment. Female, 63, reports receiving random phone calls from a Verizon worker.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Patrol reported the complaint called in as a mother-son physical incident. Patrol spoke with all parties; no domestic found.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 37, regarding continued harassment and threats.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Call received from a third party regarding an individual who did not show up for work. No domestic found on location.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, warrant attempt. Male, no age, listed as a suspect. Negative results on serving warrant.

Friday, Dec. 28

•Creek Road and Legacy Drive, suspicious vehicle. Male, 26, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while the registration is suspended revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. On the call, patrol reported the arrest of a male, 27, listed as the passenger on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 38, cited for operation while the registration is suspended/revoked. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Male, 29, and female, 20, listed as persons involved. All OK; no charges. Domestic Incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•Bond Lake Park parking area, suspicious vehicle. Two males, ages 20, and 17 arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4700 block of Eddy Drive East, burglary. Male, 72, reported items missing from a residence. Patrol to follow up.

Saturday, Dec. 29

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 23, regarding a male suspect, 25. LPD requested Niagara Falls Police Department check on possible address from the suspect who had two active warrants from NCSO and NFPD. Investigation to continue.

•Locations on the 2300 block of Ridge Road and the 500 block of Mountain View Drive, separate two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

Sunday, Dec. 30

•I-190 southbound, disabled vehicle/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 22, on charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol contest testing performed; BAC result. .18 of 1 percent. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed with 12-hour hold. Report filed.

•3300 block of East Avenue, unwanted person. LPD assisted NCSO; call linked to a driving while intoxicated arrest; NCSO handled.
