The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 26, to Sunday, Dec. 2, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 91 responses during this period.

Monday, Nov. 26

•5200 block of Chew Road, 911 hang-up/check welfare. Female, 26, reported as intoxicated. Subject taken to family members for supervision.

•1100 block of Swann Road, criminal mischief complaint. Male, 54, reported a mailbox was struck with a paint can during the night, splashing paint and snapping the box. Report filed.

•2800 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief complaint. Male, 20, reported a window smashed. Nothing missing, report filed.

•100 block of North Sixth Street, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 56, regarding a male suspect, 21. Suspect issued appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court on a petit larceny charge. Report filed.

•5200 block of Chew Road, domestic/assault. Patrol spoke with a female, 26, regarding a male suspect, 40. Investigation to continue; report filed. Patrol on follow-up reported securing evidence at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Tuesday, Nov. 27

•4900 block of Creek Road, overdose. Male, 23, listed; Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location. Investigation to continue.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter Middle School, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 58, regarding a problem with a student. Report filed. On follow-up patrol spoke with a female, 40, resulting in an arrest of a juvenile. Report filed.

•Location not specified, arrest. Male, 25, charged with grand larceny, fourth. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on his own recognizance.

•Lockport and Hoover roads, accident-injury. LPD assisted State Police on a possible suspect running north on Hoover Road from an accident scene. Accident report determined to be false and unidentified driver found to be the only occupant of the vehicle. Driver arrested by State Police for driving while intoxicated.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

•500 block of Center Street, suspicious vehicle. Occupants checked by U.S. Border Patrol and released. Plate number logged.

•Pletcher Road, hunter complaint next to Modern. Subject GOA.

•West Street and Saunders Settlement Road, assist. LPD on location with State Police on a vehicle/traffic stop. LPD K-9 unit requested for search of vehicle.

•Upper Mountain and Shawnee roads, reckless driver. Patrol checked with negative results.

Thursday, Nov. 29

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, K-9 narcotics search. On search, patrol reported the arrest of a female driver, 25, from Ontario on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court issued and driver returned to Canada.

•800 block of Center Street, intoxicated person. Male, 22, released to his father and girlfriend.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle check. Female driver charged; violation not specified. Vehicle towed with hold placed.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 18, concerning a male, 20. Report filed.

•200 block of North Ninth Street, domestic/check welfare. Female, 23, listed as suspect and male, 29, listed as a victim. Patrol's report and domestic incident report both filed.

Friday, Nov. 30

•5300 block of Annover Road, suspicious person. Patrol checked yard and neighborhood. Call cleared.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, check welfare. Patrol on location with Crisis Services and spoke with a female, 51, concerning a possible suicide threat.

•900 block of Center Street, check situation, Patrol spoke with a female at a supermarket concerning a possible fraud. Patrol to follow up.

•5700 block of Buffalo Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a male, 65, concerning a female. Investigation to continue.

•Locations on Pekin Hill, Porter Center and Ridge roads, Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, and the 1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, separate reports one, two and three vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, disabled vehicle. Patrol reported the call turned into a possible harassment complaint. Victim did wish to press charges at this time.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny at a video rental business. Male, 27, reported an unknown male suspect stole DVDs. Investigation to continue.

Saturday, Dec. 1

•Hewitt Parkway, suspicious person. Male, 31, listed as person involved, told patrol he walking home.

•Elliott and Marywood drives, reckless driver/intoxicated. Male, 41, arrested for driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. Breath testing request refused. Arraignment on all charges at Lewiston Town Court; jail/bail of $500 assigned. Driver also found to have left the scene of a property damage accident on the I-190 at Military Road exit. Uniform traffic tickets issued and driver remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Reports filed.

•5300 block of Military Road. Mount St. Mary's EM-Star, subpoena served on a female.

•500 block of Center Street, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 46, who stated she was confronted and threatened by an unknown female. Investigation to continue.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, assist. Patrol on location with Rural Metro on a mental health response involving a male, 61. All OK.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, follow-up. Patrol listed two males, ages 39 and 40, as suspects and a female 38, as a person involved from an earlier criminal mischief complaint on the 2800 block of Ridge Road. Report updated, investigation to continue.

Sunday, Dec. 2

•Barton Drive and Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Female, 29, charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver remanded to custody of NCSO on jail/bail of $500. Report filed.

•700 block of Lake Road, follow-up, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 45, concerning an incident at the Lewiston Christmas Walk.

•800 block of Hillside Drive, criminal mischief complaint. Male, 21, reported damage to a 2013 Ford Fusion. Report filed.

•5100 block of Bronson Drive, criminal mischief to a vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 32. Report filed.

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, criminal mischief complaint. Female, 49, reported her 2003 Buick was damaged overnight. Report filed.

•200 block of North Seventh Street, overdose. Male, 17, taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Lewiston No. 1 EMS. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, overdose. Male, 15, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Lewiston No. 1 EMS.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, mental health response. Male, 18, listed as complainant and two males, ages 17 and 40 listed as persons involved. Two males taken to Eastern Niagara Lockport Hospital.
