Amarpreet Grewal Bath, M.D., has been appointed medical director of the new Niagara County Health Home at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
The health home is an innovative, state Department of Health-designated program designed to improve patient outcomes and control Medicaid costs.
Bath, who is board certified in family medicine, is a graduate of St. Matthew's University School of Medicine, Belize. She served her family medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Chicago, where she was chief resident and the recipient of the MVP (Mission, Values, Philosophy) Award for her initiative and commitment.
She most recently worked as a primary care physician at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego. Prior to that, she was an outpatient family medicine physician at the Cleveland Clinic.
Bath is practicing full time at the Niagara Falls Memorial Primary Care Center, 620 10th St., Suite 704, and is accepting new patients. Call 716-278-4499 for a new patient appointment.
