Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel will join Niagara Falls USA organizations in brightening the holiday season for the remainder of 2012. As a key supporter of the new Niagara Holiday Lights initiative, the casino donated $15,000 toward white LED bulbs that will illuminate 96 trees and dozens of holiday-themed light displays along Old Falls Street in downtown Niagara Falls.

Niagara Holiday Lights begins Friday, Nov. 23, at 6 p.m. with a ceremony and arrival of Santa Claus in a fire truck outside The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls. Other key supporters of Niagara Holiday Lights include the City of Niagara Falls, United Way of Greater Niagara, Global Spectrum and Niagara Falls Culinary Institute.

In addition to the LED bulbs, Seneca Niagara Casino's iconic hotel tower will begin featuring animated cascading snowflakes from Nov. 23 through Dec. 31, as well as a Niagara Holiday Lights-themed message during weekend nights on the newly installed HD jumbo billboard atop the building. The casino also will provide outdoor holiday lights and décor along 4th Street and the pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street on its property in the coming days.
