The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 15, to Sunday, Oct. 21, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 101 responses during this period.

Monday, Oct. 15

•Robert Moses Parkway, southbound, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 39. Suspect had three warrants out of Rochester. Suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 23, for aggravated harassment.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, lost vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 83. Report filed.

•700 block of Curtis Court, lost property. Statement taken from a female, 65. Report filed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Statement taken from a female, 48, involving the theft of the prescription drug Zanax.

•Location not specified, follow-up arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 25, and a male, 21. First suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, assigned bail of $250/$500 and remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Second suspect issued appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. •100 block of South Eighth Street, Lewiston post office, domestic. Passerby reported a verbal male-female altercation. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Lewiston Road, on hill, suspicious person. Patrol transported a male to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge.

•4400 block of Porter Center Road, stolen vehicle/burglary. Male, 54, reports the theft of a vehicle and burglary from a residence. Male suspect identified. Report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 25. Suspect arraigned, assigned bail of $250/$500 and remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•900 block of Seneca Street, fraud. Statement taken from a female, 55. Possible computer virus listed on report; patrol reported all OK.

•700 block of Upper Mountain Road, stolen vehicle recovery. Patrol reports the recovery of the vehicle from the Porter Center Road address. Male, 17, arrested and arraigned at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $250/$500 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, follow-up. Patrols at address for information on a possible warrant.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Male reportedly left a store with shampoo in his jacket. Suspect fled in black Lexus.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, violation of court order. Male, 51, listed as suspect who has been sending letters to a residence.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive, check welfare. Complainant reported ex-husband took her son. Subject listed as possible intoxicated driver.

•5100 block of Garlow Road, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported three vehicles traveling back and forth near a gas/convenience business.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, assault/arrest. Statement taken from a female, 37; male juvenile, 14 listed as a victim. Male juvenile, 14 arrested on assault. Suspect issued appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5500 block of Townline Road, found property. Motorcycle found in a field. Vehicle not on file; plate number logged.

•1300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health response. Female, 40, taken by Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop arrest. Female, 51, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, warrant execution. Male, 32, turned himself in to court and was placed under arrest. Report filed.

•Green Road, tire fire. Patrol assisted Lewiston No. 2 with a fire on the Tuscarora Nation. Fire extinguished.

•880 block of Foxwood Drive, check situation. Patrol spoke with a male, 47 and a female, no age listed. Report of possible domestic; all OK.

•5200 block of Green Road, check situation. Patrol spoke with a female; husband reported in the residence. All OK; patrol cleared.

•600 block of Sandlewood Drive, follow-up. Patrol spoke with a female, 23, regarding possible harassment.

Thursday, Oct. 18

•Garlow Road, assist. LPD on location with Lewiston No. 2 with a roadside fire. Fire extinguished.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Patrol spoke with a male, 51 and a male, 17.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a male, 17, for operation while the vehicle registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Miller Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a male, 30, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Driver remanded to custody of West Seneca Police; vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny at a business. Female, 51, reported the theft of a wallet. Report filed.

Friday, Oct. 19

•5800 block of Buffalo Avenue, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 69, who reported that boxes full of antique tools and papers plus a drum were taken. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; one minor injury and party taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Report filed.

•2000 block of Langdon Road, criminal mischief. Caller reports mailbox damaged for the third time in two months. Report filed.

•1800 block of Ridge Road, larceny. Caller reports eight louvers taken from a garage. Report filed.

•3500 block of Creek Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a physical domestic.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a male, 40, for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Driver had an active warrant out of Erie County and remanded to custody of Erie County Sheriff's Office.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Parties listed as a female, 38, and a male, 42.

Saturday, Oct. 20

•Bond Lake Park, missing person. Patrol spoke with a male, 21. Two males, ages 17 and 18, listed as missing. Patrol checked area on foot and in the car and located the two at Saunders Settlement and Garlow roads. All OK; report filed.

•5300 block of Garlow Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a female, 38, for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Diver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Hewitt Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a female, 29, for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and driver remanded to NCSO, Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•2200 block of School House Road, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a blue pickup and a hunter in the woods nearby. Patrol reported the hunter had the property owner's permission to hunt. All OK.

•LPD office, follow-up. Deposition taken from an earlier larceny complaint at a Center Street business. Report filed.

Sunday, Oct. 21

•Saunders Settlement and Townline roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a male, 40, for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Lewiston Road in front of Niagara University campus, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover-arrest of a male, 20, for driving while intoxicated, driving with more than .08 of 1 percent of alcohol, and moving from a lane unsafely. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•200 block of Portage Road, several unwanted guests at a motel. Patrol removed without incident.

•5000 block of Marywood Drive, larceny. Male, 56, reports high back patio chairs were stolen from the residence.

•4900 block of Ridgeview Avenue, unwanted person. Female complainant, 43, alleged a male juvenile, 15, listed as a suspect, was at her house and took pills. Female juvenile, 16, listed as person involved. Incident not witnessed; investigation to continue. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, suspicious vehicle. Male, 23, cited for unlawful possession of marijuana and released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
