Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center is teaming with Niagara Catholic Jr./Sr. High School to present "Choosing Healthy Eating and Exercise Routines for a Healthier Life," or "CHEERS," on Tuesday, Oct 23.
Niagara Catholic will host the family program on childhood obesity from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at 520 66th St., Niagara Falls. Mount St. Mary's health care professionals will present the program. Parents and children are encouraged to attend together. Topics include "Developing Good Eating Habits," "Simple Exercise Routines" and "Positive Self-Esteem Building."
