The following activity occurred Monday, Sept. 24, to Sunday, Sept. 30, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 86 response calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 24

•700 block of Cayuga Street, attempted burglary. Statement taken from a female, 19, which resulted in the arrest of a male, 45, on a charge of burglary. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and bail, unspecified, assigned. Report filed.

•Ward Road and Buffalo Street, vehicle check. Female, 50, issued unspecified uniform traffic tickets.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency complaints. Statements taken from a male, 32, and a male, 72, in separate incidents.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, harassment. Patrol advised both parties.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, officer assist. Female, 57, reported receiving phone calls from a wrong number. Patrol contacted the number and spoke to a male who agreed to stop.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

•Hyde Park Boulevard, Niagara Falls, criminal contempt. Female listed as a victim and a male, 25, listed as a suspect. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, $250 bail assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Female, 40, listed. Store did not wish to press charges; uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, issued.

•500 block of Woodland Drive, suspicious person. Area checked with negative results.

•Route 429, northbound, reckless driver. Vehicle located on Route 104, NCSO on location.

•Location not specified, warrant execution from City of Tonawanda Police Department. Female, 30, placed under arrest; violation not specified. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

•5300 block of Paddock Lane, check welfare. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Company EMS on location; unidentified party taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•900 block of Onondaga Street, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for an eviction.

•800 block of The Circle, neighbor problem. Resolved by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement Road, area check. Patrol requested to check for two motorcyclists harassing motorists. Area checked, no further details.

Thursday, Sept. 27

•2500 block of Moore Road, check situation. Caller stated he heard a noise outside and could smell cigarettes. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•5300 block of William Street, EMS response. Female stated she was having a panic attack due to a lost dog. Dog located and all OK.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, check welfare. Male transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center on a mental health response.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no injuries or tows. MV forms issued; report filed.

•5900 block of Miller Road, custody dispute. Female, 33, listed as complainant and male, 33, listed as person involved. No further details.

•Robert Moses Parkway, attempt to locate. Patrol on lookout for a blue S-10 pickup, possible intoxicated driver, reported negative results.

Friday, Sept. 28

•800 block of Oriole Lane, larceny. Female complainant, 38, reported items taken from a vehicle overnight and no suspects. Report filed.

•Hyde Park Boulevard and Lewiston Road, two-vehicle accident, wires down. Statements taken from both drivers; Time Warner and National Grid on location for service disruptions. Report filed.

•1600 block of Ridge Road, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 61; suspect unknown.

•River Walk Drive, reckless driver. Patrol spoke with a business owner regarding employee drivers in the area.

•NU campus, lost/stolen property complaint. Female, 17, reported a lost phone while at a bar/restaurant on the 800 block of Center Street.

•Ridge Road, domestic dispute. Patrol spoke with a female, 26, who reported a male, 50, had kicked her out of a vehicle.

Saturday, Sept. 29

•NU campus, Seton Hall, intoxicated male student. Subject taken to Mount St. Mary's by Upper Mountain EMS.

•300 block of Glengrove Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a vehicle/traffic stop-domestic. Male party listed; Domestic Incident report filed.

•300 block of North Seventh Street, unwanted person. Female, 51, listed as complainant and male, 25, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•100 block of North Seventh, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked area for a black sedan and was unable to locate.

•700 block of Oxbow Lane, burglary. Statement taken from a male, 36. Suspect unknown.

•100 block of North First Street, fraud. Female complainant reported a debit card was used online. Report filed.

•North Fourth and Center streets, harassment. Two females listed. Subjects GOA.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, check welfare. Patrol reported call of a possible burglary in progress. No one home and house found secure.

•500 block of Susies Lane, reckless driver. Neighbor doing donuts in road. Vehicle GOA.

Sunday, Sept. 30

•4700 block of Lauren Court, intoxicated driver. Male, 18, from above call left scene of accident and found at home. Driver brought to State Police substation Niagara for processing and released to a parent on an appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, stolen vehicle. Male complainant, 27, reported that a Polaris Sportsman ATV was stolen from a shed overnight. EJustice/NCIC database updated. Report filed.

•NU campus, assault. Male victim (age not listed) states that a male suspect, 20, had cut him. Both subjects intoxicated. Victim brought to Mount St. Mary's by Upper Mountain EMS. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement-Miller roads, check area. Patrol checked for a reckless driver. Town of Niagara Police located at Saunders Settlement and Military roads.
