"Delish Nutrish 2" wellness series focuses on whole foods and lifestyle to achieve optimal health

Are you ready to let go of the diet mentality and embrace a healthier, happier lifestyle? "Delish Nutrish 2" is a three-week wellness series designed to leave you feeling empowered and motivated in creating delicious, nourishing meals and snacks that become part of your everyday routine. Discover how to use whole foods and nutrition as powerful tools to feel more energetic, reach your happy weight, reduce cravings and optimize well-being. The series features cooking demonstrations and tastings, take-home recipes and grocery shopping lists, nutritional benefits, lifestyle tips and more.

Each week features a different theme. Participants leave with a wealth of information. Most importantly, they find support and motivation to embrace a happy, healthy and balanced life in a fun way, free of deprivation and guilt.

"Our goal is to help you gain the confidence and knowledge you need to make subtle, lasting changes that create a foundation for better health for yourself and your family," said workshop co-presenter Ami Patrick. "These small changes equal big results in how you look and feel on a daily basis. We will guide you through a step-by-step approach to a healthier lifestyle, not a fad diet."

The series is offered on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8 pm at First Presbyterian Church of Youngstown, located at 100 Church St. The first class begins on Sept. 25 with subsequent classes on Oct. 2 and Oct. 9. (Can't make this session? Join us at Niagara University through its community education program. The dates for this session are Tuesdays, Oct. 23, Oct. 30 and Nov. 6.)

A $45 investment includes participation at all three classes, including handouts, recipes, grocery shopping lists and samples.

Presenters are Ami Patrick and Eileen Hoffman. Patrick is a holistic health coach, lifestyle educator and owner of Embody Health and Wellness. Hoffman has a Bachelor of Science degree in health and wellness, is an educator and cooking aficionado.

Preregistration is required. Contact Patrick at 716-523-9965 or[email protected].
