Dr. Rachel Weselak returns to Mount St. Mary's

Rachel G. Weselak, MD, obstetrician/gynecologist, has been appointed to the staff at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Weselak will join a team of medical providers who deliver babies and provide a full range of women's health care services in the Center for Women at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

The physician team includes: Judy Wesolowski, MD; Mark Weissman, MD; Sharmilee Thota, MD; Samuel Saleeb, MD; Anthony Pivarunas, MD; Chad Strittmatter, MD; as well as nurse practitioners Andrea Rosati, NP; and Vicki Smith, NP.

Weselak graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit and the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland.

The Center for Women is undergoing more than $2 million in renovations, which will include new labor and delivery suites, new operating rooms, and private patient rooms. In addition, work has already been completed on a series of offices for the physicians to serve their patients.
