Grand Island's own David Nolf will perform Friday, Oct. 21, at 9:30 p.m., at Club 101 in the Seneca Niagara Casino.

Nolf has performed at the University at Buffalo and the University of Pittsburgh and has opened at Artpark for America, Sloan and Pat Benatar.

Encouraging Nolf, former New York state Secretary of State and Erie County clerk candidate, Chris Jacobs said; "Sometimes our lives are so busy in Western New York that we forget to take time out to enjoy the natural talent that surrounds us. When you get a chance to hear Dave or Steve (Balesteri) perform, you should take it."

Jacobs is campaigning to replace Kathy Hochul, who after a special election on May 24 now serves as Western New York's newest congresswoman.

According to Balesteri: "The only disappointing thing about Dave's show is that I won't be able to see it." Balesteri will be performing at the Irishman Pub Oct. 21 with upcoming shows at the Creekview, Buckin' Buffalo and Flattery's.

Follow Nolf on his Facebook fan page, and more information on Balesteri can be found on stevebalesteri.com. (Also with the band "The Good Life").
