Community members can decorate for the holiday season while supporting their neighbors in need by participating in the FeedMore WNY Foundation’s holiday wreath and centerpiece sale in partnership with Lavocat’s Family Greenhouse and Nursery.

A portion of all sales will benefit the FeedMore WNY Foundation in order to help FeedMore WNY provide nutritious food to hungry children, families, veterans and older adults in the community.

The fundraiser will accept orders until Tuesday, Nov. 22. Orders may be placed online at www.feedmorewny.org/wreath-sale. Orders will be available for pickup on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, at select locations in Buffalo, Clarence and Orchard Park.

Fundraiser participants can place orders for wreaths ranging from 16 to 38 inches, and including plain and decorated options. Also available are specialty candy cane wreaths, as well as centerpieces and door swag.

“Our annual holiday wreath and centerpiece fundraiser is a simple and festive way for community members to support FeedMore WNY’s mission of providing dignity, hope and a brighter future to Western New Yorkers in need,” said Lisa Woodring, executive vice president of external affairs for FeedMore WNY. “Annually, FeedMore WNY provides nearly 13 million meals to our food-insecure neighbors. Efforts like the wreath and centerpiece sale help put much-needed food on the table for families during the holidays and into the new year.”
