Nas returns to Buffalo, playing 'Seneca Casinos Outer Harbor Concert Series' July 23

The Rich Entertainment Group and Buffalo Waterfront Management Group, along with Ron Brantley of Stage One Live, announce rap and hip-hop legend Nas returns to Buffalo to play the “Seneca Casinos Outer Harbor Concert Series” at the Lakeside Event Lawn presented by the Upstate Honda Dealers. Nas headlines the show Saturday, July 23. Gates open at 6:30 p.m.

Presale tickets are available starting 10 a.m. Thursday, May 5, for Seneca Gaming club members with access code. General on-sale begins one day later. All tickets will be available at www.buffalowaterfront.com/concerts.

Performing in Buffalo for the first time since his sold-out 2019 show on the waterfront, the Queensbridge rapper returns with the 2021 Grammy Award for Best Rap Album for “King’s Disease,” having also released critically acclaimed albums “King’s Disease II” and “Magic” in the past two years. Producing hits for nearly 30 years, Nas first took the rap game by storm with his 1994 debut album, “Illmatic,” widely considered one of the greatest rap albums of all time.

Nas joins previously announced acts T-Pain, Ja Rule, Jimmie Allen, Taking Back Sunday and moe. In the concert series lineup, with more shows to be announced. The Lakeside Event Lawn presented by the Upstate Honda Dealers is located at 825 Fuhrmann Blvd., on Buffalo’s Outer Harbor. The parking lots adjacent to the venue are free to event ticketholders and will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis, opening at 5:30 p.m. Additional street parking is available along Fuhrmann. The venue strongly encourages ride-sharing and alternate modes of transportation when possible. A Reddy Bike station is located adjacent to the venue along Fuhrmann.
