Nikki's Chocolates to launch new products

Jannell Eason, owner and founder of Nikki's Chocolates WNY, will launch new products at a market held at her shop, at 2 p.m. at 27 Chandler St., Suite 205, Buffalo. Customers will be able to taste and purchase her new chocolate caramel trifle and strawberry shortcake trifle.

Eason founded her business after several years of balancing baking alongside a full-time job. She is a recent student of CAO’s business development workshop series, through which she began creating a full-fledged business plan and gained valuable financial knowledge and networking opportunities. Now, Eason has a thriving, full-service bakery and confectionery offering a variety of custom-made desserts such as cakes, pies, cookies, truffles, banana pudding, food platters and gift baskets.
