Frank Todaro and his company, Collision Masters, partnered with Geico and the P.U.N.T. Foundation on Tuesday to gift a car to a deserving family in need. Beth Bova and her daughter, Zoe, were in need of a car to drive to and from doctors’ appointments at Roswell Park, as Zoe battles pediatric cancer.

Todaro said, “I had gone to a P.U.N.T. Foundation Gala last September and the next day called Gwen Mysiak to see what I could do to help. My parents came here with nothing from Italy and, because of their struggles, I am here living the ‘American Dream.’ That comes with a responsibility I do not take lightly. Thank you to Gwen, and the P.U.N.T foundation, as well as West Herr and Geico for supplying the parts and car for Collision Masters to refurbish the gifted vehicle.”

Beth Bova said, “There are no words to describe how thankful we are that we have been selected for this car. Ever since Zoe’s cancer came back for a second time I had to take unpaid leave of absence. Then the unthinkable happened: My car that I had just paid off broke down again. I have been without a car since Zoe’s transplant in August 2018, and it has been difficult getting to doctors appointments. We are truly blessed that Zoe is fighting hard and in remission and for this donation.”

The donation was made and presented by Todaro in collaboration with partners Collision Masters, Mysiak/Punt Foundation, Anthony Borgese/Geico, Chris Giuseppetti/West Herr Automotive Group, National Auto Body Council (NABC) and PPG Automotive Refinishing.
