Former Trump adviser Bannon to lead Wednesday rally in WNY

A pre-election "Red Tide Rising Rally" headlined by former adviser to President Donald Trump Steve Bannon will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the Jamison Road Volunteer Fire Co. Hall, 1071 Jamison Road, Elma. National patriotic country music artist Ricky Lee will perform for attendees as the doors open at 4 p.m. The rally program will begin at 5 p.m.

The Jamison Road Volunteer Fire Co. firefighters allegedly received similar threats, but refused to cancel. As a result, opponents have reportedly threatened to create a boycott of the firefighters' rental facility - an important source of funds to purchase and maintain emergency equipment. Bannon will host a fundraiser at the firehall immediately after the rally to raise money for the firefighters.
